Invisible bot detection powered by Cloudflare. Runs silently in the background during the booking process. Legitimate customers are never interrupted - only suspicious traffic is challenged. Verified server-side before every booking is created.

A hidden form field that is invisible to real customers but gets filled in by automated bots. Any submission with this field filled is silently rejected. Zero impact on the customer experience.

Tracks how quickly the booking form is submitted. Real customers take at least 10-15 seconds to fill in their details. Submissions completed in under 5 seconds are flagged and rejected, as they indicate automated bot activity.

Multiple rate limits prevent booking abuse. Per IP address: maximum 5 bookings per hour. Per email address: maximum 2 bookings per day at your shop. Per phone number: maximum 2 bookings per day at your shop. Cancelled bookings do not count against these limits. Bookings created by you from the dashboard are not affected by any limits.

Every booking is checked for time slot conflicts before being confirmed. If two customers try to book the same slot at the same time, the second one is automatically redirected to choose a different time. When you create bookings from the dashboard, you can override this if needed.
